This image is one in a series of eleven shots for TYR Sports' Tracer swimsuit catalog. The concept was to emphasize the new technology of the suit's compression panels.
Starting with one shot, all lighting and atmospheric effects were added in post. I was told afterwards that this super hero portrait style is reminiscent of comic book legend Alex Ross. This might be true but it wasn't intentional. I did, however, intend for her to look as heroic as possible.
