His back is turned, but this is hip hop supastar Big Boi who gives a high octane performance to promote this energy drink. The crowd is really hyped, and all eyes are on him... only he wasn't really there.
This is a multi-part composite image created from about 25 parts. Big Boi was photographed all by himself, the crowd of 60 extras was multiplied to create 600, while the club, lights and trusses are all separate elements.
Funny back story when David Stuart needed everyone to look at one spot, pretending that Big Boi was in front of them, he placed a red bag on a stand and told the crowd to look at it. The DJ was spinnin, the guys were groovin, and the ladies were swoonin. No one moves a crowd like Big Bag!
